On May 10-11, 2018 delegation of the Republic of Belarus headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Oleg Kravchenko, takes part in the 2018 OSCE-wide Counter-Terrorism Conreference “The reverse Flow of Foreign Terrorist Fighters: Challenges for the OSCE Area and Beyond”, organized by the Italy’s Chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
In his statement at the opening of the conference, O. Krachenko specified the approaches of the Republic of Belarus towards terrorism underlining the international cooperation of our country to identify and detect the persons suspected of terrorist activities, prevent terrorist financing and counter terrorist ideology.
Deputy Minister informed the participants about the upcoming International Anti-Terrorism Conference under the OSCE auspices “Preventing and Countering Terrorism in the Digital Age” to be held in Minsk on 9-10 October, 2018.
