On May 14, the Far Eastern Law Institute of the MIA of Russia received guests from the Heilongjiang Institute of Professional Training of Public Security Police Officers of the People’s Republic of China. The internship of the delegation led by Eh-Lichji lasted for almost a month, and on the previous day in a solemn atmosphere foreign guests were presented with certificates on the completion of the Russian language training in the amount of 120 hours.
During the month cadets from China not only learned the basics of the language in the classrooms of the institute, but also got acquainted with Russian culture and the sights of the city, visited the museums and theaters of Khabarovsk. They also participated in sporting events and international scientific conferences held by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“We are very pleased to be able to visit such a wonderful city and learn in Russia. We are sincerely grateful for your offer. Over the past few years, our cooperation has become more intense and diverse, which leads to fruitful results. And these results are a symbol of our friendship,” said the head of the delegation, the tutor of the Heilongjiang Institute of Professional Training of Public Security Police Officers of the Ministry of Public Security of PRC Eh- Lichji.
The students from China thanked the leadership of the Institute for the warm welcome, they told in Russian what they liked most from the sights they saw, and noted that grammar, in their opinion, is the most difficult science to study. But they were able to cope with all the difficulties with the support of the Russian comrades.
At the end of the meeting the participants exchanged topical souvenirs and expressed hope for a new meeting.
Cadets of Far Eastern Law Institute of the MIA of Russia, in turn, will go to Harbin for language training in November of this year.
