“On the night from June 23 to 24, school graduation parties were held in most Russian regions. Festive events took place in more than 11 thousand educational institutions all over Russia. Nearly 366 thousand graduates took part in them,” said Russian MIA official representative Irina Volk.
Over 23 thousand young people in Moscow were the main participants in the festive shows organized in the State Kremlin Palace and the Gorky Recreation Park.
Officers of the police and the Rosgvardia, representatives of public law enforcement structures and employees of private security companies were engaged in public order protection during the period of the festive events. No misdeeds or crimes were committed.
“Officers of the internal affairs bodies properly ensured public order and safety at the festive events that took place,” said Irina Volk.
Graduation parties in the country will continue until early July.
