Inspectors Mikhail Ismailov and Andrey Podobulkin in Krasnoyarsk helped residents to rescue ducklings from the road.
The day before, responsive drivers and an inspector of the Road Patrol Service rescued four ducklings that had been trapped on the road due to a heavy rainfall. Moving along the patrolling route, inspectors of the Road Patrol Service noticed residents of Krasnoyarsk trying to remove ducklings from the road. Having stopped the traffic, the officers of the Traffic Police and a resident of Krasnoyarsk carried the ducklings across the road for them not to be killed by cars and left them in a safe area.
It should be noted that this is not the first case when officers of the Traffic Police help animals and birds. One of the cases was in 2016 when an inspector stopped the traffic to help a duck cross the road on Vysotnaya Street.
