“The Linear Division of the Russian MIA at the Khabarovsk Airport was reported about a passenger at the Khabarovsk–Krasnoyarsk plane violating public order,” said Russian MIA official representative Irina Volk.
A police squad was immediately sent to the scene. Policemen found out that the 34-year old resident of the Khabarovsk Territory had behaved aggressively inside the aircraft and had ignored repeated requests of the airline’s employees to comply with the behavior rules, as well as attempted to get inside the flight deck.
“The man was convoyed to the Police Duty Unit. The citizen broke a bench in the room for detainees and started insulting policemen. By the moment, he has been subjected to administrative sanctions. The issue regarding initiation of a criminal case based on essential elements of a crime stipulated by Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is being settled,” added Irina Volk.
