The police found that a gaming establishment operated in the Sovetsky District of Krasnoyarsk. The entry to the club was granted to a limited number of persons.
In the course of a complex of operational activities, police officers recorded the fact of gaming and with the power support from representatives of Rosgvardia Administration in the Territory suppressed the operation of the institution.
In the premises, operatives found 20 gaming machines, a poker table, documentation, cards, playing chips and cash in the amount of more than 20 thousand rubles. The gaming equipment was seized and sent for examination.
Investigators of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory initiated a criminal case on the grounds of the crime provided for by part 2 of Article 171.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in respect of the organizer of the gambling establishment – a man born in 1988 and the administrator – a girl born in 1991. The sanction of this article provides for a maximum punishment in the form of four years of imprisonment with a fine.
With respect to the suspects, a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking of not leaving the city and of proper conduct was chosen.
