Based on the revealed facts, the GA for Investigation of the MIA of Russia GA for the Moscow Region initiated a criminal case under paragraph “b” of part 2 of Article 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The four suspects have been detained, the court selected for them a preventive measure in the form of house arrest.
As a result of searches in office premises and at the place of residence of the defendants, documents, electronic data carriers were seized, and mining equipment was seized on the territory of the illegal quarry.
