“Ksenia Turets-Afuda, born in 1992, accused of committing crimes provided for by part 2 of Article 210, paragraphs ‘a’, ‘d’ of part 3 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, accompanied by officers of the Russian Bureau of Interpol and the Federal Penitentiary Service, was delivered to Russia from Vietnam,” said the official representative of the MIA of Russia Irina Volk.
According to the available information, the woman was a member of an organized criminal community, which carried out the illegal sale of narcotic drugs in the Sakhalin Region.
The defendant was announced wanted by the Interpol in April 2016 on the basis of a request from the MIA of Russia Administration for the Sakhalin Region, and in June 2018 was detained on the territory of Vietnam. Today she was brought to Moscow.
