“Officers of the Linear Police Division in the Khabarovsk Airport subjected a 54-year old local of Novosibirsk and a 27-year old resident of the Khabarovsk Territory to administrative liability,” said the official representative of the Russian MIA Irina Volk.
The police received complaints one hour apart from flight operations officers about drunken citizens violating public order on board the planes preparing for flights from Khabarovsk to Novosibirsk and from Khabarovsk to Krasnoyarsk.
The police removed the two men from the planes and convoyed them to the duty unit. The medical examination confirmed that they were drunk.
Administrative offense reports were executed against those two airline passengers according to Articles 20.21 and 20.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses.
