In the Samara Region, two defendants were charged with organizing the illegal migration

“Officers of the MIA of Russia GA for the Samara Region as a result of operational search activities revealed commercial organizations at the addresses of which about 700 foreign citizens were illegally registered,” said the MIA of Russia Spokesperson Irina Volk.
“According to the available information, three men carried out fictitious immigration registration of foreign citizens arriving in the Russian Federation allegedly for labor activity,” Irina Volk said
The criminal case was initiated on the grounds of the crime provided for by paragraph “a” of part 2 of Article 322.1 of the RF Criminal Code.
The suspects were detained by officers of the MIA of Russia GA for the Samara Region with the participation of Rosgvardia. In respect of the two defendants, the court selected a preventive measure in the form of remand in custody, and in respect of their accomplice – in the form of a recognizance not to leave and of proper conduct.
